Waited 3 months for a jersey. No updates no info. I had to keep calling and calling. Finally they apologized for the delay. I was then told they would be sending me some extra gear as a nice gesture. 1 month later the jersey arrived. No extra gear, no follow up. I'm ordering new warm ups for our team and you can be sure I won't taking a chance on these guys.
I needed to order a few pairs of match shorts and needed them in a hurry on Thursday September 29. I was able to place an order and confirm overnight delivery in time for last Saturday's match. There was a minor pricing issue with the order, and I was quickly called back. Sadly, I called back after Fed Ex completed the pick up for Thursday. I have placed three orders this far with Rugby Imports and so far, so good. While it is true that my orders were small, they were handled efficiently, and shipped properly. I am willing to try ordering classic rugby shirts next for Christmas for my rugby loving nephew mother and yes his two aunts. I hope you do not disappoint.

Just got off the phone with a rude snotty punk who knows nothing about customer service. When your company accepts payment and then sits on an order for a month and never once informs the customer of the status they tend to get upset. When an upset customer calls because he has been waiting for a month your job is to fix the problem not tell me how you are going to "win the fight" if we argue. It isn't just a loss of a sale, it's the loss of any further business and absolutely no future referrals for the kids I coach. Great ... read more
