Our rugby team had been looking for new jerseys and equipment for awhile now. I found Rugby Imports and their customer service went above and beyond for us. They helped with the jersey design, lead time, pricing as much as possible. We are very happy with the final design and will be using Rugby Imports for our next purchase as well.
Excellent customer service. I ordered a jersey on the phone from California and a wonderful man took my order and made it to FedEx in time for my son to have it for the very next day! I didn't mention it was literally 2 minutes before FedEx arrived to do their pick up. No crazy extra charges and my son was incredibly happy with the jersey. For me, in today's lack of service environment, they earned my business as well as recommendation! I never caught his name but thank you!
What can I say other than awesome. I just received my second order and turned around and placed a third. If you have any questions they are available by phone during normal business hours and respond to emails With in 24 hours. All of the merchandise is fairly priced. They have super fast shipping that is reasonable.
Rugby Imports has quality products and a caring staff who wants to do everything in their power to meet the customer's needs. I recently worked with Greg Antonelli to put together a very intricate and tedious order, which naturally had a ridiculous deadline. He got to work immediately to get me exactly what I wanted, when I needed it, and was very patient with me throughout the entire process.
