Extremely poor experience. Repeatedly received rude, unprofessional customer service from staff (Cindy, Mardi). They were dismissive, unhelpful, and showed a consistent lack of respect and professionalism when addressing concerns. Communication was hostile rather than constructive. I do not recommend using Rugby Wilsonart in Albuquerque — be very careful if you choose to deal with them or purchase their products.
