Love this company, their expertise and their personnel! I cannot imagine using anyone else as they know their stuff and our carpets have never looked to good. You cannot find anyone better than Rug Worx!

Several months ago on Nextdoor a neighbor recommended a rug cleaning company for Oriental and Persian rugs. The company he recommended was Rug Worx owned by Scott and Miranda Gwilliam. We had an experience several years ago with another company that did a terrible job but our rug needed cleaning so we contacted Rug Worx. Scott immediately responded. They are the greatest. I just had my 2nd wool area rug done and it came out great, just like the first one. Top of the line, business people who want to do quality work. It is hard to get work of this quality done anywhere else.

Did an outstanding job on a large thick wool rug. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Small business that actually cares about what they are doing as well as the customer. Highly recommended if you want the best for your rug.

Highly recommend Rug Worx for all your carpet/rug/furniture cleaning needs. We had 3 large Stark area rugs that were severely crimped/soiled during our long distance move and storage process. Scott was able to restore them back to a beautiful shape and condition. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and prompt service was top notch. We'll definitely recommend Rug Worx to our friends and family.
