Horrible Service - Don't expect the company to keep scheduled time. Both times I've used this company, a dispatcher from NJ calls and reschedules for a later date and time on my voice mail. I called and canceled over the phone. They came anyway and were let in by my house guest to clean. The price quoted over the phone for my 4br home was $150 yet the technician said $400. I've never paid over $200 and negotiated to $200 when I arrived home. The stains didn't come out and carpet looks the same.

After having such a bad winter, all the rugs in my house were filthy and needed some TLC, I decided to use Rug Wash's Luster Wash Service....well, to say I am amazed by the results is an under statement. I can't remember the last time my rugs looked and smelled this clean! Will use their service again. Thank you very much Rug Wash!
