This store has a great selection of hand made rugs as well as machine made. We bought three machine made rugs. They are amazingly well made, thick and full pile in a variety of colors. We chose rugs that have high and low pile mix with silky accents. We are very happy with our choices and highly recommend this store. It is very easy to work with Michael at Room of Rugs and he is trustworthy. It is rare to find a business that is people focus and who stand by their product. We highly recommend Room of Rugs.

We had a great experience at Room of Rugs. Michael is very knowledgeable, he took his time explaining the difference in types of rugs and helped us figure out what would fit our needs. Once we ordered our six area rugs, Michael and Victoria both kept us informed on the progress of our order. The installation staff were very attentive and took their time with the placement of each rug to our satisfaction. And we were emailed the cleaning and care guild for our new rugs. Room of Rugs is just the best! Michael and Victoria didn't "sell" us on a rug...they helped us find the perfect rugs for us. No pressure, plenty of patience. Didn't rush us or push us. Buying a Rug was a delightful experience at Room Of Rugs. I spent several weeks looking online for a rug for our living room and decided I needed to actually see some rugs. Victoria showed me the rugs that were in my price range and helped me pick out colors that would work from photos I had of the room. I was able to take a couple home and see them on the floor.
