We had a great experience at Room of Rugs. Michael is very knowledgeable, he took his time explaining the difference in types of rugs and helped us figure out what would fit our needs. Once we ordered our six area rugs, Michael and Victoria both kept us informed on the progress of our order. The installation staff were very attentive and took their time with the placement of each rug to our satisfaction. And we were emailed the cleaning and care guild for our new rugs. Buying a Rug was a delightful experience at Room Of Rugs. I spent several weeks looking online for a rug for our living room and decided I needed to actually see some rugs. Victoria showed me the rugs that were in my price range and helped me pick out colors that would work from photos I had of the room. I was able to take a couple home and see them on the floor. We just received our new rug for the dining room and absolutely love it. Victoria was extremely helpful and patient during our selection process. Both she and Michael were great to work with. Best of all our rug arrived much sooner than expected and looks great! Highly recommend Room of Rugs !!

Room Of Rugs was suggested to us by our home decorator when we had new floor renovations done in our Green Valley home. Victoria, the sales associate, was instrumental in helping us choose the perfect area rug for every room in our house. Great selections, service, and affordability, we were very happy with the result. Micheal, the owner, Victoria, and Jacob, another associate were all very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend this "little gem" of a business!
