Love their services. We use Rug Rover at work and utilize them almost weekly on carpet and vent cleanings. I highly recommend Rug Rover! I manage a mid rise in Nashville and started using Rug Rover about 3 months ago. Jared has been very responsive, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need anything such as carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, water extraction, emergencies, etc. We recently had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve which ended up flooding 3 of my floors and hallways.
