We have used Rug Rats Carpet Cleaning twice now, after our neighbor recommended them. Both times they did an excellent job, with our old carpets looking like new. A family business, they are professional, friendly and very thorough. We have had a number of "professional" carpet cleaners over the years; but Rug Rats surpasses them all, with quality work at a reasonable price. We don't hesitate in giving them a 5-star rating!

Rug Rats was a recommend from one of our friends. I had not wanted to deal with the off-white carpet in the loft office and was considering replacing it. Brian showed up on-time and gave me a quick estimate and proceded to blow me away at what he did with the carpet in the loft and on the stairs. I couldn't believe me eyes! Brian of Rug Rats runs the best carpet cleaning business I've ever worked with. I gave him a horrible job in a rental, where the carpet had multiple pet stains and odors. He inspected the carpet with me, explained everything that he was going to do, and quoted a great price. When he found more extensive damage than expected, he contacted me and met me at the house to show me exactly what he was seeing, and then got my approval before adjusting the cost.
