She contracts people to do work then when the work is provided and she has what she needs she makes excuses and refuses to pay you. Do not do business with this lady I have reported her to the better business bureau as well. This level of fraud is un acceptable and if this is how she treats people whom work for her then what does that say about trusting her when giving her money in advance for an order?
