Wish zero stars was possible! Ordered 2 rugs pads, order was confirmed..but over a three week wait.!!? Pushed back my move in date just for this delivery.Continued to track package..”shipped “status a few days ago..called Amazon to get further info only to now find out they canceled. My order! i’m furious that they couldn’t even have bothered to send me any notice.HORRIBLE!
Worst company ever. Do not purchase a rug pad from them. They do not answer there emails and are constantly shutting down phone customer service. I would of gave zero stars if I could.
I placed an order of March 25th and have left voicemails and emails inquiring politely about the status. Although I understand that there was a covid outbreak for 10 days, the lack of response is frustrating and I will call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
I fear this company is out of business. I placed a $450 order on 11/15, I received an email on 12/6 stating that they had COVID-related closures and backlog, but that orders would be shipping in the next week. Today is February 1: nothing has ever arrived, the website is down, and the phone number rings through to a "voicemail full" robot voice. I guess nobody is placing new orders now since the site is down, but if it is intermittent, I suggest the buyer beware. I have attempted a CC backcharge but we'll see whether it goes... read more
I have ordered about seven ultra premium non-slip rug pads from them in the past 5 years or so. Shipping has been quick and the pads hold up well. No problems.
