Very courteous and professional. These guys are always willing to go above and beyond to do a good job. This isn't your typical $99 soak your carpet steam cleaning service. Their goal is to take the time to do it correctly and thoroughly clean the carpet. I've tried cheaper alternatives and have always been disappointed with the results. When R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g Po‎‎‎‎rt Che‎‎s‎‎‎‎ter’s cleaners are finished, the carpets are clean and dry much faster.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. They were focused, worked quickly, and were very knowledgeable about everything we talked about. My carpet looked and smelled fantastic when they were finished! Manager even called me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning service. I will most certainly use them again!
