They did an amazing job cleaning the rugs I bought at an auction without really inspecting them. I had no idea how filthy they were, and I had no expectations that they could ever look decent. They are gorgeous now! No stains, no odors, just beautiful rugs. The whole process was so easy and convenient. They worked with my schedule to pick up and return the rugs, which I really appreciate. These guys are VERY professional in arriving to pick up our knotted wool rug for a cleaning. They showed up exactly on time to pick up the rug. They were also very prompt in replies to messages, and displayed a kind of professionalism that is largely missing from businesses today, in making suggestions that were in our best interest, even if that didn't always align with theirs. Prices were fair as well. You can tell they care about their reputation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
