A+ experience. I had food stains on a wool and silk area rug. They came out promptly to pick up the rug, took it to their facility, and got it cleaned perfectly. Managed to remove all the stains. Very friendly and responsive folks all around. Thanks! (Just to clarify, I originally called the listing in Croton, but I gather that this outfit covers territory throughout NYC/Westchester and other surrounding areas.)
