Incredibly helpful staff! Their customer service is remarkable. They offer repair service as well as custom jewelry. We shop here quite often. They have a nice variety to choose from in a broad spectrum of pricing. They also make custom pieces. Lindsay has created two for me, a necklace and a ring, and I couldn't be happier. Gift wrap available. In the summer they are not open on Saturdays.

This morning, I walked into Rufus D Lewis Jewelers to ask a question about ring sizing and purchasing a small band. The gentleman that took care of me was so welcoming and gracious. He worked with me for approximately 45 minutes. Although this was in no way a big sale, this man treated me like I was buying diamonds and gold. Two other individuals that were working in the back walked through the showroom and immediately smiled and spoke.
