I made an order for some brackets on February 26th and have received no order update. After emailing and calling over 4 times they finally emailed back saying they are cutting them now. That was on May 4th, it is not May 21st and I have called and emailed multiple times with no response or update. Would not use them in the future. We have ordered from them before and was great but after this experience I will not be.

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. Husband ordered stiffeners almost two months ago and never got any sort of communication. When he asked for an update he was told “one more week” and almost three have gone by since then. Won’t return calls or emails so we’ve reported them to the BBB and disputed the transaction. Place an order with them. Gave him a month. Emailed them five times. Never got a response. They got my money but never shipped. The item. Reached out to them and they said they don't know when they can get that out to me. So I requested a refund. From what I'm hearing, these guys cannot fulfill your order and much less hard to get in contact with. Take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! after 2 months of not receiving my items, and weeks of trying to get someone to answer a phone I finally got a refund! if your in my shoes email is the only way they would FINALLY DO SOMETHING! I had to threaten to file a report with the BBB and dispute with my bank!
