I have had the worst customer service experience with these guys. I’ve spent lots of money with them. I’ve recently build a Dakota and purchased the 7/8 heim steering kit with DOM. When I revived it and installed it the misalignment spacers were incorrect causing lots of slop on the steering. I sent a couple emails and got no response. I called and left a message and finally got an answer. They decided to send new spacers. They ended up being the same ones they sent prior. Ordered parts in May, got them in August. Pitman arm was wrong, holes in pitman arm and steering knuckle arm were not correct. Had to buy a new pitman arm elsewhere and redrill the steering arm. I won't do business there again.

Been ordering products on and off for the past few years, and recently had an issue with an order placed a few years ago! Customer service was great and they still helped their customers even after the years!Will continue to purchase from them whenever I need awesome parts MADE IN THE USA!

What a joke. I ordered from RuffStuff Specialties and they just sat on my order. Days went by, nothing shipped. I was dealing with a family emergency (my sister had a heart attack), so I didn’t realize right away, but when I finally checked, sure enough — no shipment. I had to CALL them just to get my parts moving, and magically they were able to ship the same day I called. So why the hell wasn’t it sent out in the first place? And after all that, they still shipped it ground. No upgrade, no rush, no effort to make it right.... read more

Was incredibly helpfull and insightful. Over the phone I had all of my questions answered and was able to get the parts I needed on the way by the end of the call. Mike was fantastic to work with
