One star because it won't let me put 0 stars. Worst customer service ever. After several unanswered emails, several unanswered voicemails, and several unanswered messages on Facebook messenger had to dispute my payment through PayPal to get a refund on a single simple bracket that I waited over 2 month for and never even received shipping info, much less the part.
Ordered $300 worth of cards never showed up won't return calls won't return voicemails can't get anybody on the phone they charged my credit card so as far as I'm concerned this is theft!!!!!!!!! I've called at least eight times waited on hold until they forward me to a voicemail before I wrote this review I will take this down if they ever give him my parts Total garbage company in my opinion do not order here
Ordered shackle boxes for my jeep xj March 15th contacted them by email April 30th said they would get my order shipped in next week it's now June 23rd and can't get email phone call nothing tried calling sales department no answer call the order tracking department no answer I can't get ahold of anyone to figure out my parts and or a refund this is by far the hardest company I've ever had to try and get ahold of I was excited to fix my jeep now it just feel like I'm out my money and out of part to fix my jeep
I ordered a set of front frame stiffeners about a year ago came in great timing great product and everything went to go order my mid set of frame stiffeners about 6 to 8 months later and waited. Two months without a response ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card companies end and still have no response from them. Email them dozens of times called them dozens of times absolutely no response or anything very disappointed. Do not order from this company. all i want is my refund and to be on my way
Do not spend your money at this company. There is definitely something going on here. They will take your money and never ship your products or reply at all. This is not the same company it was a year ago. Just look at all the recent reviews. Dan and Zack you are a disgrace to the whole industry!
