Won’t use them ever again and will be using barns 4wd instead. I ordered their stiffer set for my Xj , and was missing two parts for up front. And was missing the two pieces for the rear. I have called and asked multiple times to find when my parts are coming and when they are gonna send them. Every time I call they say they are ready and give a couple days. I have called once a week for 9 weeks and still missing them. I have also emailed. Word of wise use someone else that actually will make sure you get your parts.
Called to try to upgrade shipping in order to get the parts sooner, offered to pay more for shipping and cancelled some parts that they were waiting on. They said they would cancel the parts they didn’t have and do 2 day shipping no problem. Received a notification it shipped, looked, and they shipped it with standard UPS ground anyways. Called again and they said my order just has UPS ground shipping, and had no idea it was supposed to be upgraded. Everytime I do a custom axle build this is my go too place, Thinking about getting the 3 inch leaf spring top plate. The ride quality is much smoother with them brackets.
First time ordering for RuffStuff and will definitely be ordering again. Ordered a set of U-Bolt flip plates. The website said 10-14 day lead time I beleive, but they shipped the next day and were at my door a couple days later. Very happy with the quality as well! A powder coat option would be awesome, but zero complaints!
