We rented an RV for a long trip, and the service provided at Ruff's is second to none! Particularly Jeff was one of the most helpful and personable people I have encountered in all my years of customer service (35 years)! Genuine empathy and support for the consumer. This was our first time in the RV World, and if we ever decide to do it again, we would 100% come to Ruff's for our needs!
Went in inquiring about purchasing an RV. The woman at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. Tried looking at an RV and ask general questions and she was completely dismissive and rude. Didn’t want to help us at all and acted as if we were bothering her. She told us to Google the questions we had about the RV they’re selling! Sorry we bothered you and you had to do your job that day. Will purchase my RV from elsewhere.
