Always a great experience! Henry comes home exhaused from playing. I love that the staff gets to know your pets and share their experiences when you pick them up!
I was forced to place my 14 1/2 year lab here for a week. He had been to Ruff's when he was younger, so I knew he was in good hands. I was worried, nonetheless, as he is now older and has anxiety issues. They placed him with smaller dogs rather than the usual rowdy crew. He came back unbelievably happy and relaxed. It was obvious that the staff gave him lots of personal attention. He was much happier than he would have been if I had someone stopping in to care for him. My girls love it at Ruff's. It's like a second home for them. The facility is clean and the staff at Ruff's are amazing.
