Dan refinished the floors but once paid we had to call multiple times to get him yo return and complete the job. He finally did acknowledge the error

Came to my house, gave a quote. I called back and he said he had to check his calendar. Then I called again two weeks later, same story. Never heard from him since. Unacceptable customer service.
Ruffo’s did an amazing job on our hardwood floors. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The floors had been neglected from years of wear and tear. Dan was timely and professional; had the entire house done in 3-4 days. He kept to his word and did the best job. I highly recommend Ruffo’s if you need your hardwoods redone.
