Mark of Ruffner Remodeling did a walk-in shower remodel and installation for us (see attached picture). He did an excellent job and we are very happy with all aspects of the work. Mark is an excellent communicator from start to finish which is rare. We always knew exactly where things were at and what to expect. His entire team of plumbers, electricians, and tilers were great to work with too. I'm so glad to have found Ruffner Remodeling and Repair for our bathroom remodel project. Mark was able to start the project early, keep things running efficiently, and communicate clearly with me throughout the project. His subcontractors were all friendly and efficient, too, and did great work. Mark went above and beyond what I expected from him throughout the project, taking care of small details I wouldn't have noticed, and rolling with timeline delays caused by shipping issues. Highly recommend.
Mark and his team did an excellent job finishing our basement -walls and trim, carpet and tile, windows and doors, all while helping us to keep some existing 1960s home finishes. Mark communicates well and often, and his carpentry work is great. His team was easy to work with and high quality. Highly recommend. We look forward to working with Ruffner Remodeling again.
Mark and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom! Mark was very responsive and helped us navigate unexpected repairs. All work was completed on time and on budget considering we had some extra costs due to unexpected plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Ruffner Remodeling!
