We took our Great Dane puppy, Callie, in for her first appointment today. We are more than pleased. They took the time to calm Callie’s nerves and seemed to genuinely care about her. They answered all my questions and did a great job! Super pleased with their customer service, grooming, & pricing!
The ladies here are absolutely fantastic with my dogs and my cats. They love the pets like their own. They take the best care of the animals while they have them. Their prices are fantastic for the quality you get! Love them and what they do for my animals!
Extremely disappointed in the quality of grooming. The staff was amazing and as sweet as could be but did not complete the service that I paid for. I got home to find my loved one still dirty, ears not cleaned, and the haircut wasn’t close to finished...which I could not notice at the store because he was in his crate and wouldn’t let me take him out. I’m not usually one to complain but My fur baby did not get the care I paid for.

we have tried quite a few groomers to take good care of our senior babies... they are small and delicate, and always come back almost traumatized! I had to make an appointment weeks ahead of time, because RUFFLECTIONS are so busy, but there is a reason for this! THEY ARE WONDERFUL! my babies were not only beautiful, they were happy and seemed quite content when I picked them up! These groomers are professional, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Our fur babies are always taken care of and love their spa days. I would recommend them to anyone.
Tiffany is a wonderful groomer! My yorkie’s coat was very out of shape and shaggy (mainly due to my anxiety of leaving Toby in an unknown place and he is anxious). Rufflections was a very neat and clean facility and Toby walked right in without hesitation. Will be a returning customer!
