Staff is awesome and Holsum loves everybody at the Preston location.
Worst place in the world. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! They confused my goldendoodle with another dog and shaved his hair completely off and then said it still looks fine. He now has a buzz cut and is gapped up. He looks like a stray dog. The place also looks dirty and smells bad.
Ruffit has been Coco's go to groom for 9 years and her groomer Jasmine is the best of the best!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ruffit was so upsetting that I feel compelled to share it. I would not recommend Ruffit to anyone who values professionalism, communication, and — most importantly — the wellbeing of their pet. When I scheduled my dog’s grooming appointment, I spoke with two different people and clearly explained his special needs.
