Great for boarding!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ruffit was so upsetting that I feel compelled to share it. I would not recommend Ruffit to anyone who values professionalism, communication, and — most importantly — the wellbeing of their pet. When I scheduled my dog’s grooming appointment, I spoke with two different people and clearly explained his special needs. We love the groomer, Jasmine, we use at Ruffit. Our very spoiled doggies don’t mind it when we drop them off. They get so excited and look forward to their "spa day". They look fantastic every time we pick them up.

Jasmine does the greatest job on our two pups. She has been doing them forever. She always greets them when we walk through the door and remembers them each time. She’s always booked so remembering us means a lot. Groom with Jasmine you won’t be disappointed!
