Our family can’t say enough good things about ruffhouse playsets! We received our playset over a year and 1/2 ago and our kids use it every day. Unfortunately, about a year in we noticed we had a defective slide and as soon as I called and told them my issue they did not hesitate to get another one out here to us. I worked with many amazing people on the team that were very responsive and kind like Lexi and Tyler. The entire install staff is always on time and very kind as well!
We’re thrilled with our RuffHouse vinyl playset! It’s beautifully designed and extremely well-built. The team was very accommodating and made everything go smoothly on our tight timeline. They delivered and installed it just in time for our child’s birthday party. The kids love it! Highly recommend.

Incredibly difficult to deal with. Unfortunately the company has gone downhill with the turnover in employees. Slides were damaged upon delivery- all good, these things happen. So we followed the process to the tee to have them replaced- even the shipment company accepted responsibility on the spot Ruffhouse lied repeatedly about submitting the claim and after 7 months I am still chasing the replacement of slides.
