So far so good. Katie is incredible to work with. Very responsive. Their product looks incredible and I can’t wait for my grandkids to try it out. I would highly recommend. RuffHouse and their professional installers, Sharp Assembly. They do the very best they can and the finish product is exceptional. This is a high-end product and it gets quite expensive beyond just the cost of the playset. We absolutely LOVE this playset! I’ve never had better communication with another company, they make sure you are well taken care of & respond soo fast! 10/10 quality all around. Our kids are going to enjoy this player for so many years it is so worth the investment!
Very happy with the unit installed in the backyard. As others have noted, it is pricey, but the quality is top notch. Kids love playing on it! Would recommend!
