I bought my Hunter Douglas blinds in 2018. I was very happy with them and still am, however, 3 of the pull chains and 2 of the contraptions that they feed through are broken. This happened a few years after I bought them and they came out and fixed them for nothing. I called them recently to come out and fix the recent broken ones and they wanted $270.00+tax ($170.00 for the service call to come out to my house) and the rest for the work and supplies. Really?
