I asked for a quote for motorized blinds. The representative came and did an amazing job in measuring and suggesting all options. When I settled on my choices I got another quote from another competitor. Ruffell and Brown’s quote was $1000 cheaper for the exact same product and warranty. The blinds arrived promptly and the technician installed them, making sure I was happy with everything. I’d use them again. Best possible service was provided.
Jason recently helped us remedy an order that didn’t go right the first time. He was patient and kind in helping us recover some of the costs of the mistake and then helped us to choose the best option moving forward. We are very happy with our new blinds and would recommend Jason to anyone.

The initial purchase of my high end Hunter Douglas blinds was fine. The blinds are beautiful. The service not so much! Took for ever to receive and install blinds and work out mechanical kinks. One year later same problem arises and a service call is $170! Update: Turns out I am still under 1 yr warranty so no service call charge. I was given follow up advice that seems to have resolved the problem. The initial interaction was a unsatisfactory but the problem has been resolved to my satisfaction!
We had a new patio door installed which in turn resulted in the need to have our Hunter Douglas blinds cut down. Ian from their service department was amazing, talented and pleasant to work with. He did an amazing job. Would highly recommend the after initial sales service (a few years later).
