Reasonable price, meticulous work, professional staff, and a fabulous roof. Rob very professional and super to work with. He patiently answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The field supervisor, Scott was awesome and kept us informed at every stage. The crew was professional and polite, and after they cleaned everything up, there was no hint of the work or debris during the project. They may not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but in my book they are THE best.
I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Rich P. and the entire team at Ruff Roofers for their outstanding service. Ruff’s competence, service and execution are exceptional and really “off the charts”. Our project experience was rewarding and enjoyable. They exhibit incredible pride in their work. Everyone on their team was friendly, helpful and skilled. We feel so fortunate that we contracted with Ruff for our new slate and metal roof and copper chimney caps on our historic home.
