Had a vent pipe collar replaced. Negative: I found that Ruff Roofers' billing practices were questionable at best. The hours of work billed were three times the actual number of hours worked (I was present when they did work). Further, they priced materials (roofing tiles) at five times the cost of what it cost me to buy the same product, still they insisted I had to use their materials. Positive: they came out quickly when I called for roof repair.
Ruff Roofers, Inc. provided excellent customer service and professional installation of our new roof. Their staff was helpful from the initial call and throughout the process. I know from prior experience that they will stand behind the product and be there should need arise. Strongly recommend.
I might be a little biased; this is the best roofing company ever
The staff at Ruff Roofers are very diligent, friendly and professional, from the salesman to the crew working on site. The salesman (Mr. Kauffman) explained every little detail that I had not noticed and every detail he explained was implemented by the crew on site without fail. I am in my mid 60s, and I no longer have to worry about my roof! Thank you
