I removed my review because I'm hoping it was enough to wake up Lidia to where she has taken her mother's business. This once great place can be that again.

Lidia is the definition of grace under pressure! She runs an amazing establishment that the community around her is proud to support. Her energetic and vivacious spirit are truly the lifeblood of Rudy’s... the amazing product she produces maaaay have something to do with it too! Her creations are fresh, fun, and amazingly delicious!
Thank you for the delicious paczki’s. We drove an hour in for a wonderful experience. From the moment we entered the door we were offered drinks and there was a DJ playing polka music. It was a festive atmosphere. The paczki’s were fresh and delicious. My favorite were the Hough Bakery. The children talk about “Paczki Day” all year and frequently ask when we are going back for more. Worth the wait. Well done, Rudy’s. See you next year.
I was so disappointed. I placed an order for paczki over 2 weeks ago and was given replacement for items that had sold out. I figured 2 weeks notice I should have gotten what I ordered or at least told that they had some replacements. I asked which were Hough Bakery inspired cream and the girl told me that were yellow. WRONG. Those were lemon. That I never ordered. 7 of my 12, which were $19 were wrong. So I called the store and a young guy answered. I explained what happened. I tried calling a few times - I understand it's very busy today! I was there this morning between 7:00-7:15 picking up a pre-order and the two ladies who helped me this morning were as friendly as could be! However, I got to work to find that I was missing 2 paczkis from my order and never received an email copy of my receipt. I had was missing 1 Hough Lemon Buttercream and 1 Marshmallow.
