We had only been to Rudy's once before. My husbands birthday was yesterday and we wanted to stay home and get take out. He chose Rudy's and I was running late and they were closing. John at Rudy's made everything happen for me! The slab of ribs are delicious! Best we've ever had! I would recommend to everyone!
On my weight loss diet so had the smoked turkey no bun. Don't need a knife. Also had the collard greens and green beans. Very good stuff.

Best pulled pork sandwich I've had. And I am a pulled pork queen I've been craving a good sandwich for a year! And they made it perfectly !!!!! If weren't traveling we would of never stopped but so glad we did ! Love this place.
