I've mostly had good experiences in the past 4 years. However, this place has gone downhill. For an ice cream place to predominantly offer soft-serve and be known in the community for their product and service, I expect more. The wait time was tremendously long for only 3 cars. From the drive-thru window, I was handed 2 cyclones that were the consistency of water because they were so melted. The employees just laughed about it & kept going about their business.
