We always feel at home at Rudy's. Had a bowl of soup and a delicious Ruben sandwich.
Stopped in for some evening coffee and conversation after catching a movie at the Emeryville AMC. It's a decent spot with crazy slices of pie that I will try next time.
This place is an artsy diner great for college students, teachers, folks working in Emeryville and those just passing through who want a really good American breakfast/lunch. They have a bar but not sure what if any drinks they offer. Maybe just a beer with food? They used to be open all the time till like till 1am but the hours are shorter now and some afternoons they aren't open. Might be best to call ahead.
the food was great, the service was great. Wish they hadn't been out of t-shirts. it was a great experience
The owners and wait staff are awesome, and went out of their way to accommodate our large group. Food is good and great memories with friends at this establishment!
