Had a haircut with Haley and not only were they super friendly and patient with my explanation of my hair idea, but also cut my hair to be exactly how I hoped it'd look and helped it get styled so I looked good for an event I needed to attend. Super grateful for the opening they had on their books today. The Hawthorne location specifically is super convenient to wander to if you're nearby or strolling the street. All around a smooth and enjoyable experience, would definitely recommend.

I won't see anyone but Shady. He is fantastic, professional and personable. I only get my hair cut/trimmed maybe once or twice a year and he always does exactly what I want, perfectly. Plus he's hilarious Adding a photo of me and my fresh, postpartum haircut!

They cut it way too short and did not cut it how I asked. Was also way too expensive.

My hairstylist was a wonderful person, and we had a great convo during our appointment. However, I am so confused as to how I ended up with a pixie cut, given that I asked for a wolfcut (reference pictures included below) and my hair was around collarbone-shoulder length coming into the appointment. My stylist was a level 5 (most experienced) so I admit the cut is well done, but I was left in shock when I realized how short it was.
