I booked an appointment for the earliest available for a bald cut. I arrived early and got my hair cut by Megan. She is super sweet with a robust laugh. I asked for a skin fade, meaning down to the skin. I tried to explain to her I had difficult grow patterns and a double crown that goes in opposite directions. Short: I really hate to say it, but $65+tip for a standard short haircut feels a little egregious to me. Long: I got a short-to-shorter haircut that took ~15 minutes. No neck shave or wash was included (though I did decline a hot towel offer as well as the addition of product - maybe that would have gotten me a wash?)... there is the possibility that "hot towel" meant shave and I was too dense to know this.
