These reviews must be fake. The place is dirty. I asked about a cut and "Rudy" who sits outside chain-smoking on his phone (business usually empty) barely looked up. He has a sign that says Good Cuts Ain't Cheap. Under it are his littered butts. He hardly looked up from his phone. He didn't offer an appointment or look at my head. A real jerk. His wife must pay the rent. I thought he had a good rep, but it's fake. Neighborhood joke.
