They have great knowledgeable customer service. I just wish their installation schedule was more flexible. I wish they would have informed me that they are kinda full before I purchased.
Rudys was a great experience. We purchased a remote car starter and a stereo. They were professional knowledgeable and prompt. The good service continues well after the point of sale.

Went to Rudy's to get inferred head sets for my SUV DVD player .. The staff were so friendly and helpful !! Made it such a pleasant experience .. Will def be returning hopefully to get some window tinting .. I hear they do an awesome job .. That's what the waiter at Famous Daves said so far two thumbs up for sure

The sales rep Michael Levitt was super unprofessional. I chose to spend spend 900 and some change instead of 1375. The man demeanor changed from wanting to help me to being rude and making me feel like a bother. I simpy chose to not want to do business with him or this company.
