We have ate at Rudy's several time since 2006 at multiple locations, Colorado, Amarillo, Lubbock, and Bourne. We love it! Especially the cream corn. We try to stop when there is one in travels.

I used to love Rudy's but here lately it's just been downhill. When I order moist brisket and get huge chunks of burnt inedible pieces it's unacceptable. I think I need to find a new bbq joint.
I was visiting my brother in Lubbock yesterday, and he introduced me to this place. Holy Cow! (literally). Being from Kansas City, i'm a little picky, so this is what's up. Outside of my all time fav, Oklahoma Joe's this is the best dang BBQ I've ever had. Awesome service too!
