I worked with Rudy after I got diagnosed with ADHD. He helped me realize that depression and anxiety can stem from ADHD. We talked through strategies that I could implement to make my transitions easier. Preparing myself for transitions helped me reframe my association with "goals," so that I could break the steps down. There were take aways from every session that I continue to benefit from even though my coaching ended. I also learned to appreciate the gifts that come with ADHD and how leverage those gifts with my skills.

I highly recommend working with Coach Rudy whether it is through 1:1 coaching, webinars, or workshops. He is incredibly insightful and reframes the ADHD brain as an opportunity, not a setback.
