They make a good product, but I strongly suggest that they should improve their customer service and technical support. We were sold racks that claimed to carry more bikes than they actually do. We are basing this off of standard multi-speed hybrids. We should have been told that their capacity claims are not based off this very common bicycle type. Ben, we would be happy to help you resolve this. It does say in both our catalog and website that the number of bikes will vary depending on type of bike being placed in this rack. Obviously you can get more road bikes in a space than you can mountain or 29ers. We are happy to refund money if there are trays that are unusable. We are in the office 8:30-5 central standard time or can be reached through email.
