Rudy will look for problems with your house that he is not qualified to fix, and con you into letting him fix them. He constantly showed up late and I would have to call to track him down, only to be fed a bunch of excuses or find that he was at other job sites. He would leave his 2-3 workers at my house unsupervised who were even less qualified to do the work than he was.
