Brought my 2019 Toyota Highlander here to be evaluated for a humming/whining noise, and paid a $160 diagnostic fee to be told it needed a new water pump and drive belt. So, I took it to another shop for a quote. Shop #2 said the water pump and belt are actually fine, but the transmission is going bad (no diagnostic fee charge). Our service at RL Toyota in Golden Valley is always tremendous. The team is responsive, professional and services the car quickly with out issue. We have been going to this service department since 2013 for my wife's car. I cannot recommend it more for Toyota services.
