It took me two weeks to get in to see Dr. Kovachevich in Lonetree. Received an email to fill out patient portal on line which I did prior to my appointment.when I got to my appointment today I was told to fill out my patient portal again as she informed me that they did not receive it. So I set down in the waiting area filled it out again most of the information was already in there. Dr k and staff were very friendly !!! the day of my shoulder surgery they took amazing care of me the only reason for not giving five stars was the surgery scheduler she would not return phone calls or reply to emails waiting more than three weeks in pain stunk!!! but besides that I would highly recommend dr Rudy K
