I'm so done with these people they want me to put $4,792 down for a apartment I'm not trying to buy the building on top of that they are the rudest people I have come across to be professionals thumbs down x 5

Needless to say I won't be using this company again. They do very little to keep up their properties and they're simply down right RUDE and ARROGANT, especially David in the main office. Stay clear of Rudy James and Charles Poe and The James Companies.

Agree with all reviews written. I lived here for a year and it was horrible. Stuff isn't up to code. Nothing was ever fixed and always bugs every where! Had to spray for spiders and roaches often.

Wow!! is all I can say I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. My deposit was taken four days ago, the home wasnt ready for me to move in and wasnt ready for inspection. I have three children under the age of 13 and we dont have anywhere to go through no fault of my own. When I requested my deposit back I was told that it was non-refundable because they took the house off of the market yesterday. Awful customer service – This rental agency has the worst customer service I have ever experience. They have sent out rude memos to all the tenents, and have even made rude phone calls. Anytime I need something fixed it takes much longer than it should. When I first moved in in September the stove was broken, I called several times to get it fixed, after many excuses I finally got my stove fixed at the end of November, we went nearly 2 months without a stove.

I have rented with this company for the past 2 years. Everytime something in my apartment breaks I have to wait 2 months to get it fixed. Each time I called to ask a question or had a complaint they were very rude, I even had the woman that answers the phone hang up on me. I do not recommend using this agency to find a rental property. Avoid this rental agency!
