I needed this done by winter. These guys came out and didn't do any measurements or write down any notes. The guy just eye-balled it and said he'd get me an estimate of cost and completion date. Two weeks later I have to follow up with these clowns and I'm told over the phone that they had some different ideas of how they could approach my job and would get back to me.
