Recently bought a rental property (Condo) on Siesta Key. Rudy Dudon and the rest of the Dudon Group were an absolute pleasure to work with on getting this deal closed. I began working with Rudy Dudon in 2024. He was responsive to our request for a meeting when we were in town for a short period of time and showed us multiple properties in Siesta Key. He also knew of an upcoming 1031 exchange that had not hit the market. We were ready to purchase in July of 2024, but the seller’s new property was not ready so the 1031 delayed until November.
