We were very pleased with our dealings with Rudy Art Glass until we got the specialized glass we had ordered. The specialized product was fused glass - etched on one side. There was a highly visible scratch on the inside of the glass which could not be detected until the glass was uncrated and installed in the divider frame. The glass cost \$2400. Delivery cost \$500.
