I called them for service on my heat pump and they diagnosed my reversing valve as needing to be replaced. They came back out and replaced the parts and then informed me that my compressor was now damaged as well (even thought the previous technician said it was fine). I am out almost $1000.00 and still no better then I was when I initially called them.
