Checked in at about 1 P.M. Saturday August 10,2019. While checking in another guest asked front desk agent,"can you please have someone clean our rooms,they have not been cleaned in 2 days"! Should have been our first clue. Checked in ,proceeded to our room. Floor/carpet was filthy. Nail clipping and clothing tag plastic on carpet.Bathroom had black long hair all over.My wife is a blonde,I have short grey hair,so NOT OUR HAIR.
