Practice is extremely unorganized & unprofessional. I went to Rudoy Medical because they had providers considered to be in-network with my insurance(UMR). First, I speak to staff, send over a photo of my license and insurance. Staff loses email, requests I send again. Fine, I send the information again. Staff then creates a patient account for me, spelling my name wrong, which leads to difficulty accessing portal required for my virtual visit. Staff schedules me for an appointment with a provider.
