I sat in that waiting room for 3 hours before being seen and then I waited in the exam room for another half an hour. Then the receptionist or office staff whatever you want to call them just useless handed me a referral to make an appointment for an MRI not knowing that I needed an authorization. Still waiting for that reason that I need by this Friday. Just a horrible office staff. Don't go there please , the place is dirty I've seen a roach once. They tell you come at 10 and he will see you at around 1230 all of the women are rude. & for the life of me I can't understand it but it smells horrible like the toilet. Maybe because it's a basement and so many of them down there but it smells horrible. Doctor Willis is a good doctor and very caring it’s the staff that needs changing .

I have grown to know the staff and doctor Willis, both extraordinary!! Without there help for th last few years idk where I would be I am very grateful and look forward to making doctor Willis proud of my recovery, thank you .
