Terrible service. I am trying to make an appointment to get my car inspected and fixed. They say that there are no appointments untill 6 weeks further; which is ridiculous for an auto shop. I do not think anybody can wait to get their car fixed for that amount of time.I guess they are only interested in oil changes and low maintenance services. Really annoying.
DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! I regret buying a brand new Jetta SE 2024 right after we picked it up when we bought it we had to take it back the next day as the a/c was not working, they had it for more than a week without giving us an answer. 4 months after that it breaks down again for the same reason, they said they “repaired it “ but 2 months later same thing happens again. They aren’t even ashamed and they don’t care! I’m so sad and disappointed I let these people steal my money
It is a great dealership and has food , drinks, gifts, and places to sit. This time when me and my family went to tell them some of our concerns of our car they fixed it then someone gave one of the people working the keys and paperwork. The lady that they gave it to was working on the same paperwork for at least 10min and didn’t give us our paperwork and keys till about 20min later.
Quick and easy experience! The staff was friendly, the process was smooth, and I got exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!
I always have a pleasant experience here. The salesmen are always so nice, especially Humberto, Juan and Victor. I had a flat tire and was told by Firestone that my battery was giving off a code so I called Volkswagen and Edith confirmed I had the warranty and would take 2 hours. So I dropped off my car and I had to call to follow up twice before being told that my car was ready at around 3:08pm.
