My husband and I have been going to Dr. Bruehl now for several years. I had my first tooth extracted by him and no pain. Cleanings are excellent!! Very friendly office and very professional. Dr. Bruehl was very highly recommended by our dentist in California just before moving here to BHC. He is a great dentist!! I would definitely recommend him for all dental needs!
I came to Dr. Bruehl's practice after trying two other dentists in the area. Everyone in his office who has participated in my dental procedures has been competent, thorough, and courteous, foremost Dr Bruehl. Additionally, I trust they are well-versed and willing to work with my insurance company for my benefit.

Husband and I needed a dentist when we moved to Laughlin. Dr Bruehl was recommended to us by a neighbor. We were not disappointed. Office staff and Dr are professional,caring, and very competent. I have recommend him to several others.
Received several implants that failed broken dentures years of pain and infections ! Nightmare !!!!

Your January 2016 review appears heartfelt, however, I have not ever placed regular implants. I used to place mini-implants many years ago and though some failed, infection was not present. I am sorry you had a bad experience and I wish you all the best.
