Excelente servicio y muy atentos todos 👌
My invoice stated that all fluids were topped off, I checked, they weren’t. When I set up my appointment online, it listed a car wash as part of the service. It didn’t happen. Service has been declining lately.
I called my Salesman Tommie Cromeens and explained my vehicle issues with him. Tommie gave my information to Bernie Doty who took care of me from there. Bernie coordinated a Rental Car because my daughter had an afternoon appointment, kept me abreast of the Service and I couldn’t ask for a more professional service from those two gentlemen.
Bailyn was excellent! Very professional and not the aggressive Salesman we’ve had to deal with in the past. His approach was very refreshing. Promote immediately!
