Worst shop ever Tommy Emler and Rick Miles are the rudest managers ever. I was delivered my truck with a shoddy paint job after I was ambushed and they demanded that they were not going to fix their mistake any more. Terrible experience. I think a shop on Alameda could a better job

Worst shop ever! I am positive that the good reviews posted on here are posted by the owners and employees, read more than the top few and you will see real customers experiences and they are all very much the same, horrible service and work. The people who work there are rude and condescending, they never return phone calls and show absolutely zero concern for your situation. STOPPING HERE AND MAKING A POSITIVE COMMENT ON RUDOLPH BODY AND PAINT SINCE THEY TOOK THE TIME TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE HOW I EXPECTED. THE STAFF FROM RUDOLPH BODY AND PAINT TREATED ME LIKE THERE WAS NO BODYELSE WITH A DAMAGED CAR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I WILL TAKE MY CARS BACK TO RUDOLPH EVERY SINGLE TIME.

i was suprised at the service these people offer we took my wifes car to get fixed here not only did they do poor work but my wife happend to leave her digital camera in the glove box, were they had no buissnes being in and when we picked up the car it was gone sadly this shop does not have pride or respect for clients after talking to the hr from there she said she asked everyone if they took it and she said they all said no DUHHHH Then she had the guts to call my wife a liar This is the last time i take or suggest to anyon... read more
